2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents for mutation of the land which was recorded in the name of petitioner's father to his name.
3. Learned counsel for the State raised preliminary objection and submits that the petitioner has not opted the proper methodology and has filed only four line application, therefore, he may be directed to file application in proper proforma with relevant documents before the Circle Officer, Circle Rafiganj, Aurangabad who is the competent authority under the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011.

4. In this view of the matter, petitioner is directed to file the application for mutation before the Circle Officer, Circle Rafiganj, Aurangabad with all relevant documents within four weeks. The Circle Officer, Circle Rafiganj, Aurangabad is directed to pass reasoned and speaking order on the application of petitioner upon holding inquiry and notices to all concerned in this matter.
5. With this direction, the present Writ Petition stands disposed off.
