ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-08-2015 This application has been filed for cancellation of bail of the Opposite Party granted by order dated 09.03.2014 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in Bhawanipur P.S. Case No.65 of 2000.

Considering that the case is at the stage of evidence, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party for which reason the Trial Court shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for their examination along with a copy of this order to the concerned Superintendent of Police, who is directed to ensure the attendance of the witnesses on the date fixed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19088 of 2014 dt.21-08-2015 2/2 so that there is no further delay in the trial. If the Trial Court finds that the witnesses are being prevented from appearing in the Court below, it shall cancel the bail of the Opposite Party on the ground of misuse of privilege of bail. The application stands disposed off with the aforesaid observation/ direction.
