The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1116 of 2013 for the offence registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act.

On earlier occasion, the petitioner was granted interim protection considering the possibility of one time settlement as agreed by the parties but the matter has been lingering and no positive result is likely to come because whatever be the offer as made by the petitioner, the same is not acceptable to the opposite party no. 2.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44338 of 2014 (8) dt.30-11-2015 In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
