The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni (Chakia) P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016 Submission is that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case due to the local village politics, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession from him. During investigation nothing has come against the petitioner to show the fact that the petitioner is selling any illicit wine, the real culprits have managed to escape from there while the petitioner being old ailing man arrested there and is in custody since 18.01.2019.
