The petitioners are in custody since 03.03.2022 in connection with Giriyak (Pawapuri) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018. There is recovery of 223.500 litres of liquor of different brands from the pick-up van.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have clean antecedent and they are in custody since 03.03.2022, they shall be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of

No. 32144 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Court I, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Giriyak (Pawapuri) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2022 The petitioners will visit Giriyak Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
