The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 283 of 2018 arising out of Khagaria (Mufasil) P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 386, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61233 of 2018 with a direction to the trial court to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of order. But the trial has not yet been concluded and there is no likelihood of conclusion of trial in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26490 of 2020(2) dt.21-10-2020 2/2 near future. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 23.12.2018 i.e. almost two years and on the ground of period of custody, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Khagaria in connection with S.T. No. 283 of 2018 arising out of Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 254 of 2018.
