The petitioner has been in custody since 09.09.2018 in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 217/2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 385/387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is enmity between the petitioner's family and the present informant as the mother of the petitioner is Up-Mukhiya and the informant is the member of the Panchayat Samiti. It is further submitted that it is only on account of political differences that the present case has been instituted against the petitioner and that he has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforementioned facts and
