Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354(B), 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the informant when intervened in quarrel between children of both sides and it is alleged that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and outraged the modesty of his wife.

It is submitted that the informant and petitioner are agnates and next door neighbours and only due to quarrel between children of both families this false case has been lodged after lapse of two days.

No.30073 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Sunil Ram be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.236 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
