The petitioner seeks bail in Ballia P.S. Case No. 341 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim girl after recovery has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. wherein she has levelled specific allegation of committing illegal act with her against Anil Sah. Petitioner is father of Anil Sah.

Counsel for the informant has appeared and opposed the prayer for bail.

Petitioner is in custody since 3.12.2018 having clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Ballia P.S.
