JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Pursuant to order dated 16.09.2015, the State has sent Rs. 80,739/- to the Bihar Board of Religious Trust (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board'). The petitioner claims to be the Mahanth. In terms of the order dated 16.09.2015, the issue of Mahanth has to be decided by the Board and thereafter payment was to be made to him.

In view of the State having paid the amount, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Board to act in terms of the order dated 16.09.2015. It shall be open to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if he is
