Let the petitioner file the order dated 29.08.2014 before the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger which was passed in Maintenance Case No. 02 of 2014. The attention of the learned Magistrate is drawn to paragraph-6 of that order by which the parties have mutually agreed not to proceed with the complaint case if that is that then the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate admit the petitioner to bail on execution of a bond to his own satisfaction.
