Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 409, 420, 465 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that both the petitioners had taken the benefit under the Indira Aawas Yojna twice and so misappropriated the government fund.

It is submitted that due to the official error twice allotment was made.

Having considered the said facts, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, namely, Rina Devi and Vibha Devi is rejected in connection withNimchak Bathani P.S. Case
