2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 401 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 25.11.2023 at 1.30 PM, the daughter of the informant went missing from home and he had suspicion on the petitioner that he took away his daughter for the purpose of marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated.

No.26687 of 2024(4) dt.25-07-2024 2/2 He has further submitted that the victim, in her Statement under Section 164 of the CrPC, has stated that her family members were attempting to forcibly marry her with someone else. Thereafter, she called the petitioner and both solemnized the marriage in a temple.

5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-Vith-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Banka in connection with Katoriya P.S. Case No. 401 of 2023, subject to the following condition:- The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
