JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-07-2017 Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Madheshwar Singh learned counsel for the informant. No body appears on behalf of the State. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.21 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the allegation that the petitioners assaulted the deceased with Lathi and the autopsy report produced by the learned counsel for the informant in course of argument indicates that ante mortem lacerated wounds were found on the body of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25130 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 bail.
Accordingly, their prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
