The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 386,387,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case is that the firing took place at the composite wine shop near Maharani Hotel N.H. 28. It is submitted that the informant reached at the spot with the police party and prepared seizure list. It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that in the first information report it is stated that five persons fired but no injury was caused and statement to this effect has been made in the petition.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53781 of 2015 (2) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 Considering the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Teghra P.S.
