In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No.32 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 337, 307, 504 and 378 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioners that they have entered into the house of the informant and started beating him with Pasuli and caused injury. When the wife and daughter of the informant came to rescue him, they too assaulted

It appears that it is a family dispute that cropped up on account family partition.

Looking to the nature of allegation and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No.32 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
