The petitioner being husband of the informant is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A,406 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture for non fulfillment of dowry demands.

The petitioner and the informant are present in court. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant but both sides have decided to part ways and a compromise petition has been filed to that effect before the learned court below. The same has been brought on record as

Learned counsel for the informant, on instruction, does not controvert the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner and is not opposing the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Considering the present stand of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Gopalganj in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No.32 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
