The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel submits that the girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that she married the petitioner three years ago and she has not been kidnapped by the petitioner.
