The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel submits that the girl in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has stated that she married the petitioner three years ago and she has not been kidnapped by the petitioner.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari
