JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 14-10-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Sri Rambilash Roy Raman, the learned APP for the State through Video Conferencing.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 572 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of Bihar Control of Examination Act, 1981. As per allegation, in place of petitioners some other persons have participated in examination.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are the persons of clean antecedent and if they are sent to prison their

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 572 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The learned court below shall examine the criminal antecedent of the petitioners and if it comes to the notice of the learned court below that petitioners are accused in any other case except the present one, the learned court below shall be at liberty to pass appropriate orders.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/-sonali U T
