At the outset, the learned senior counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the issue under consideration in the present writ petition has already stood decided by the learned Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 11.08.2023 passed in CWJC No. 5262 of 2023 (Radheshyam Thakur & Anr. vs. The State of Bihar & Ors.), hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous, however, the petitioners be granted liberty to approach the respondent State authorities for agitating their aforesaid grievances.
