ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-02-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order/judgment dated 04.08.2012 passed by the Ad hoc Additional District & Sessions Judge-III, Buxar in S.Tr. No. 24/08+91/08 by which he has disallowed an application of calling for station diary. It has been submitted that the Trial is still pending. The Application is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to produce the documents before the Court concerned within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order after which the Court shall pass necessary orders without going into the admissibility of the same.
