Taking into consideration the latest affidavit, filed on behalf of the District Programme Officer, Sarwa Siksha Abhiyan, Saran and especially the statement made in paragraph no. 5, writ application is disposed off with a direction upon the respondents to permit the petitioner to sit for the TET Examination, since he has already undergone training. It was only because of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16425 of 2015 dt.01-12-2015 2/2 clerical mistake that his name was not entered in the training list.

Writ application stands disposed off in terms of the above.
