JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP appearing on behalf of the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No.138 of 2017 registered under Sections 20(B)(II), 21(B) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
Allegation is that police on information raided the house of the petitioner and recovered 300-400 grams Ganja kept in a box.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that several persons live in that house as it is a joint family and no liability can be fastened to the petitioner moreover the quantity of seized Ganja is small quantity.
Having considered the recovery of Ganja from the box kept in the house of the petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory
