The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special N.D.P.S. Case No. 99 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, a small quantity of 10 grams smack said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner which does not come under the purview of commercial quantity. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 08.09.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the
