Heard the counsel for the parties.

The petitioner No. 1 and 3 to 7 seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P.S.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3838 of 2021(5) dt.26-10-2021 2/2 Case No. 22 of 2020, dated 26.01.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 342, 324, 307, 323 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation against the petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 to 7 is of assaulting the members of the prosecution party. There is a counter version of the occurrence. The parties are on litigating terms and a Title Suit also is being contested by both the parties.

The opinion regarding the injuries suffered by the victim was initially reserved but after medical investigation, such injury has been found to be simple in nature. Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the provisional bail granted to petitioner Nos. 1 and 3 to 7 vide order dated 30.07.2021 is, hereby, confirmed. They shall remain on the same bail-bonds.
