01-05-2015 Sri Subash Chandra Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 22 and Sri Arun Prasad Ambastha, learned counsel for respondent no. 5, submits that the present writ petition pertains to a dispute under the Bihar Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation Act, 1956, which is a scheduled Act as per Section 9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 and as such, he makes a prayer for transferring the record of this case to the Tribunal. Accordingly, in view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of proviso to Section 15 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the Registry is directed to transmit the record of this case to the Tribunal forthwith.
