Petitioner seeks bail in Pandaul P.S. Case No.223 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304-B/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased. There is no eye witness in the case levelling specific allegation against the petitioner. In the written report, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2019.
