JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 06-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 448, 379, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner objected the informant to pray in the mosque and all others due to this reason they all assaulted the informant and his family members. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against 21 accused and injuries found on the person of the injured are simple in nature except one injury in thumb, not vital part of the body and other co-accused Md. Salauddin, Md. Mobarak, Md. Usman and others have been admitted to anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner, namely, Md. Arshad be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No.134 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
