2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 302/120B/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner have been falsely implicated in a dispute of civil nature. Similarly situated coaccused have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 08.10.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 42262 of 2015 and order dated 28.09.2015 in Cr. Misc. No.27311 of 2015.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50783 of 2015 (2) dt.09-11-2015 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.Richa Bhargav, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,Sasaram (Rohtas) in connection with Kargahar P.S.Case No. 94 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
