====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 22-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Dhankund P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that except suspicion, there is no allegation of any specific overt act against the petitioner. She is Gotni of the informant. It is alleged in the written report that on 27.8.2018, when nine-month old son of the informant was not found in her house, the informant made search and found dead body of her son in the bank of Pokhar situated in her Bari. The informant has raised suspicion against the petitioner that she has killed

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Dhankund P.S.
