JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-08-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned APP for the State., The petitioner, in this case, is seeking setting aside of the order dated 11.03.2022 passed by learned A.D.J. - 1/Special Judge (SC/ST and Children Court) at Buxar in connection with Buxar (M) P.S. Case No. 31/2021 as well as J.J.B. Case No. 662/2021 whereby and whereunder learned court below has rejected the criminal appeal which was filed for regular bail. The petitioner has got five criminal antecedents. In this case, the Court had called for a report from the learned court below. The report has been received and it appears therefrom that the case is pending for prosecution evidence and the next date fixed in this case is on 01.08.2022. The learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Buxar has
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.317 of 2022(4) dt.12-08-2022 2/2 reported that final disposal of the case may take another 45 days.
Considering the report of the learned Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Buxar showing that the case itself is likely to be disposed of within a reasonable time, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. This revision application is thus, dismissed. Let the Juvenile Justice Board, Buxar conclude the inquiry/trial, as the case may be, as early as possible, in any case within a reasonable time. All concerned must co-operate with the Juvenile Justice Board, Buxar in conclusion of the inquiry/trial.
