The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Under a written agreement the informant had entered into an agreement to purchase a tractor from this petitioner, consideration money was paid and tractor was handed over to the informant, however, the document of transfer of ownership was not executed.

Submission of the petitioner is that remedy is there provided in the agreement, itself, and, in fact, the informant had not fulfilled his part.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jairampur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial
