The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No.69 of 2017 registered under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Regard being had to the submission of the petitioner that neither the stock of the godown of the P.D.S. shop of the petitioner was got inspected nor the stock register was verified and merely on vague allegation made by a private person to the police the instant FIR has been instituted against him, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25162 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Buxar in connection with Simri P.S. Case No.69 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today.
