JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

In huge quantity Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from a vehicle and the occupants of the aforesaid vehicle managed to escape at the time of raid. Admittedly, petitioner was neither caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from his conscious possession and the name of petitioner surfaced only on the basis of confidential information. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this

Case No. 613 of 2018.
