2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 556 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner and others are said to have looted fertilizer in conspiracy with the driver of the vehicle. During investigation the name of the petitioner has come. His presence has been found after analyzing the dump data. His mobile has been found to be present on the place of occurrence. One Guddi Devi, a witness has said that on 24.12.2023, one Sonu @ Ranu Yadav and this petitioner had come and kept the looted fertilizer at her house and they thereafter took away the looted fertilizer. The petitioner is in jail since 29.12.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
