The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 323, 341 and 504of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST Act.

The complainant made allegation that the petitioner, being the Circle Officer, came for measurement of the land to resolve the land dispute but abused the complainant by naming his caste. It is submitted that the petitioner has nothing to do with the dispute. He wanted to resolve the land dispute but he has been falsely implicated in the case.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is the Circle Officer, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51938 of 2015 (2) dt.04-01-2016 2/2 before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Complaint Case No. 148/2012 corresponding to Trial No. 2457/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
