JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 545 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 34, 498A of IPC. Allegation of demand and torture to the complainant, who happens to be the wife of the petitioner. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the allegation is false and concocted. He is still ready to keep her with dignity and care, but she is not ready to reside with him.

It has also been submitted that on appearance of the opposite party no.2 the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Reconciliation Center, but mediation

Nobody appears on behalf of the opposite party no.2. Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. The provisional bail granted to the petitioner, vide order dated 17.04.2019 is confirmed on condition if the opposite party no.2 is ready to reside with him, he has to keep her with dignity and care.
