The petitioner, whose application for grant of pre-arrest bail was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 23.5.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21025 of 2016, has renewed his prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.2313 of 2014 in which cognizance has been taken under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is submitted that the petitioner is willing to keep his wife with dignity and honour. However, she is not willing to live

The same arguments were made before this Court earlier on 23rd May, 2016 in Cr. Misc. No.21025 of 2016, this Court has rejected the application for grant of prearrest bail of the petitioner. For the reasons assigned in my aforesaid order dated 23rd May, 2016, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
