2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Medani Chowki P.S. Case No. 122 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing dacoity. Petitioner is accused in three more cases of similar and serious nature which includes the case of loot and dacoity. Petitioner is in jail since 29.08.2023.

4. Materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

5. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner even though some co-accused have been granted bail.
