2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of regular bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 607 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 307, 302, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code which was earlier rejected by order dated 15.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60311 of 2023 with a direction to trial court to conclude the trial within a period of six months failing which, the petitioner was granted liberty to renew his prayer for bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a fresh ground in this case that during trial, the informant has not supported the prosecution case and declared hostile. He has not deposed in his evidence about complicity of

4. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the changed circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge III, Danapur in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 607 of 2020.
