The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That, by this application, the prayer of the petitioner is for passing an appropriate order in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents concerned to rectify the anomaly in the pay of the petitioner and pay the consequential benefit accrued."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Siwan for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, in

Patna High Court CWJC No.16319 of 2015(2) dt.08-09-2023 2/2 light of the various judicial pronouncements made by the learned Division Bench and Learned Full Bench of this Court, as also the judgments rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court. Liberty so sought is granted.
