Learned counsel for the petitioner says that he wants to file an appeal under the provisions of Bihar Land Reforms ( Fixation of Ceiling Area and Accusation of surplus Land) Act. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is permitted to withdrawn. The petitioner may file an appeal under the aforesaid Act. If an appeal is filed by the petitioner within sixty days from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with law within three months. No question of limitation shall arise.
