The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Saraiya P.S. Case No.52 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1Ba,26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The police has recovered huge quantity of un-licencee gun and pellets. Fiver persons have been arrested and they have disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
