2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 173 of 2016, S.Tr. No. 508 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 448, 379, 354B, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioner kept food grain on the vacant land of the informant and on objection they assaulted the informant with intention to kill her. It is also alleged that the accused persons looted gold ornaments worth Rs. 28,000/- of the informant and also tried to outrage the modesty of the informant.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31236 of 2024(3) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. The police after investigation did not find the case true against the petitioner and accordingly did not sent him for trial. No charge has been framed against the petitioner. The petitioner has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C. as one of the perpetrator of the offence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-XI, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 173 of 2016, S.Tr. No. 508 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
