01-07-2017 Heard Sri Ganesh Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Damodar Prasad Tiwary, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Katoriya (Jaipur) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2013 registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender. In the F.I.R., there is specific accusation against the petitioner that he gave blow from sword, which hit on the head of the nephew of the informant.

Considering the fact that there is specific accusation against the petitioner, there is no reason to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
