2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S Case No. 1311 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326 and 307 of the I.P.C.

3. As per prosecution case, as alleged petitioner assaulted the sister of the informant by means of scissor due to which she sustained injuries on her left hand writs and thigh.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR, injury report, impugned order it appears that charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner under Section 341, 323, 324 of the I.P.C and cognizance of the offence has also been taken by the learned Magistrate under Section 307 I.P.C also considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail after commitment of the case on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) P.S Case No. 1311 of 2023, subject to further condition that petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be present on each and every date fixed by the trial court till conclusion of the trial.
