2. The petitioner by way of the instant writ application is assailing the selection of private Respondent No.9 as Aanganwadi Sevika for Aanganwadi Centre No. 271, Ward No. 14 in Gram Panchayat Hajipur, P.S.- Barauni, DistrictBegusarai.

3. The court would observe that the petitioner has adequate remedy under the Guidelines for Selection of Aanganwadi Sevika/Sahayika, 2019 (hereinafter referred as "2019 Guidelines") issued by the ICDS Directorate wherein the issues raised in the instant writ petition can effectively be considered.

4. Writ application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedy under the 2019 Guidelines in accordance with law.
