JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 11-08-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application to enable the petitioner to prefer statutory appeal against the impugned order dated 15.09.2015 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer-cum-Licensing Authority, Aurangabad, as contained in Annexure-3, by which he has cancelled the PDS licence No. 16/A/86 granted to the petitioner. There is no objection to the aforesaid prayer. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority by filing appeal. If the same is filed within a period of 30 days, then let the same be considered and decided on its own
