2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 134 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 85, 80, 238 and 3(5) of B.N.S. Act and Section 3/ 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased and he along with his family members are alleged to have killed the deceased for demand of dowry.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23566 of 2026(2) dt.01-05-2026 2/2 for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
