The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Udwantnagar P. S. Case No. 228 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 504, 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation that the petitioners along with others formed an unlawful mob and coaccused Ramadhar Singh fired causing injury to one Hare Krishna Singh in abdomen and co-accused Sanjay Singh fired causing injury on the left hand of Rambhagwan Singh, I am not inclined to
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49392 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 grant them anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
